In this workshop we will explore a broad vision of what it means to eat healthy, going beyond food and focusing on a holistic vision of living well. This provides participants with new nutrition insights along with practical ideas so they can implement healthy changes in their lives.
The topics covered include an introduction to a balanced diet, the role of organic agriculture and its importance, the relationship between emotions and our food, where participants will carry out an activity called the 'circle of life', (a tool used in coaching that serves to analyze and reflect on the different aspects of our lives).
We finish with a demonstration of simple and creative recipes and a meditation to integrate all the themes and create a deep experience.

Priscilla is a plant based cook chef. Passionate about organic agriculture and natural ways of living, eating and cooking. After studying business in Europe she experimented around farms and restaurants in the UK where she learned to cherish and respect ingredients and the people behind them. Now based in Lima, she has a starting a zero-waste food delivery called Darte (meaning ‘to give’), to help people to eat in a healthy and natural way.
Food goes far beyond what is found in our dishes. At Darte, our mission is to help people eat healthier, and fall in love with the process of incorporating better habits into their lives, both those that nurture the body and the other parts of our being.
