Priscilla Hannaford - Plant based food
Plant based cook. Passionate about organic agriculture and natural ways of living, eating and cooking. After studying business in Europe I experimented around farms and restaurants in the UK where I learnt to cherish and respect ingredients and the people behind them. Now based in Lima, I am starting a zero-waste food delivery called Darte (meaning ‘to give’).
You can most probably find me at the farmer’s market, making tahini-chocolate cookies, or at yoga class.
Carolina Ward - Yoga and raw chocolate
Ing. Carolina Ward, teacher certified by the Yoga Alliance in 2016, at Hatha Yoga with therapeutic approach, meditation and breathing techniques. Specialized in work with Cacao, creation of healing chocolate and passionate about nature and its medicinal plants. Combines raw chocolate and native instrumental music in Yoga classes.
During the practice of Yoga, we are in a state of meditation combining with soft and restorative movements for the body. Yoga is a natural method to get rid of daily accumulated tension, both in the physical and mental body.
Mauricio Gil - Guided meditation
I felt the calling and the need to create Amaru, Inner Growth Alliance, as an extension of what has served me to get closer to my heart, light and shadow after a breakdown. A never ending learning path of how to be vulnerable for a deeper connection within for myself and other as well, opening up to new possibilities that the Universe has for everyone.
During the guided meditation I will use different techniques (Emotional Freedom Technique, active breathing and visualization) to help you plant or renew seeds for your life, to ground and connect to yourself sttep by step, enjoying this sense of wellbeing.
